TrialSync 隱私權政策 / Privacy Policy

TrialSync 不會收集、傳輸或儲存任何個人資料至外部伺服器。所有資料僅儲存於您的裝置本機。

1. 我們收集哪些資料

TrialSync 為本機端應用程式，不會收集任何個人識別資料，包括但不限於：

姓名、電子郵件、電話
位置資訊
裝置識別碼
使用行為統計

您在 App 內輸入的所有試驗計畫、受試者資料及回診排程，僅儲存於您的 iPhone 本機（透過 Apple 系統提供的 SharedPreferences 機制），不會傳送至任何伺服器或第三方。

2. 推播通知

TrialSync 使用本機推播通知（Local Notifications）提醒您即將到來的回診日期。

通知僅在您的裝置本機產生，不需要網路連線
不會將任何資料傳送至外部伺服器
您可隨時在 iOS「設定 → 通知 → TrialSync」關閉通知

3. 照片圖庫存取

TrialSync 使用的檔案選取功能（用於匯入備份 JSON 檔案）可能在技術層面連結至 iOS 照片圖庫框架。

App 不會主動存取或讀取您的照片
此權限由 iOS 系統的文件選取器所需要
您可在 iOS「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 照片」管理此權限

4. 資料備份與匯出

TrialSync 提供以下功能，所有操作均由您主動觸發：

備份：將資料匯出為 JSON 檔案，儲存於您的裝置並可透過 iOS 分享功能自行管理
還原：從您選取的備份檔案匯入資料至本機
匯出 Excel：將排程資料匯出為 .xlsx 檔案，透過 iOS 分享功能分享

上述檔案不會自動上傳至任何雲端服務。

5. 第三方服務

TrialSync 不整合任何第三方分析、廣告或追蹤服務。App 不含任何廣告。

6. 兒童隱私

TrialSync 為臨床試驗管理工具，適用對象為醫療專業人員，不針對 13 歲以下兒童提供服務，亦不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。

7. 隱私權政策變更

若本隱私權政策有任何變更，我們將更新本頁面上方的「最後更新日期」。建議您定期查閱本頁面。

TrialSync Privacy Policy

TrialSync does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data is stored locally on your device only.

1. Information We Collect

TrialSync is a local-only application and does not collect any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, or usage analytics.

All trial plans, subject records, and visit schedules you enter in the App are stored exclusively on your iPhone using Apple's local storage (SharedPreferences) and are never transmitted to any server or third party.

2. Local Notifications

TrialSync uses Local Notifications to remind you of upcoming visit dates. Notifications are generated entirely on your device, require no network connection, and no data is sent to external servers. You may disable notifications at any time via iOS Settings → Notifications → TrialSync.

3. Photo Library Access

The file picker feature (used for importing backup JSON files) may technically link to the iOS Photos framework. TrialSync does not actively access or read your photos. You may manage this permission via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.

4. Data Backup and Export

TrialSync offers user-initiated backup (JSON), restore, and Excel export features. All exported files are stored locally and shared only through iOS's native share sheet at your discretion. No data is automatically uploaded to any cloud service.

5. Third-Party Services

TrialSync does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App contains no advertisements.

6. Children's Privacy

TrialSync is a clinical trial management tool intended for healthcare professionals. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
